MDT Mgmt

Utilized by the MM to manage and adjust Service Providers "MDT" levels at the ‘account’ level.   

 

The list of Service Providers as displayed is populated from the ‘account’ specific criteria tab and/or the ‘Standard MDT Management’ screen. This will display SPs that are ‘active’, ‘In Network’, ‘Other’, ‘Include’ and those that participate in the Acadia Booking Tariff.

 

1. Select HHG, CAR, PET, MIS or BOT to view a grid display of 'MDT' caps (see list below).

2. Enter data in corresponding fields (see below).

3. Click 'Submit'.

 

MDT Details - MDT Cap is set by the MM on a supplier by supplier basis for each service type. If it’s an Acadia Booking Tariff shipment, it will count towards MDT whether booked via rotation, lowest cost or otherwise.   

 

A shipment would only count against the distribution % for that service provider if that was the appropriate criteria path for that shipment (whether the system booked it, or it was kicked out to handle manual for some reason and booked manually).
