Criteria
This screen enables the MM to designate ‘Account’ specific 'criteria' and determine how offers are distributed to Service Providers for that particular 'Account'. Custom 'criteria' will override the ‘Standard’ criteria. All moves are processed by the system based on a ‘criteria’. If no 'criteria' exist, work orders are addressed manually. A ‘Handle Manual’ check box will appear within the grid once a ‘criteria’ has been created. If checked, work orders will go directly to the 'Handle Manual' process.
Ex: A new 'Account' has been added to Acadia and the MM has determined that all work orders should be processed manually.
Utilize the ‘Filter By' drop down menu to filter the list of 'criterias' displayed in the grid.

'View' - displays a 'view only' screen of the selected criteria.

'Edit' - displays an 'editable' a screen that allows for editing of the criteria information for the selected criteria.

'Delete' - generates a confirmation box to ensure the intent of deleting the selected criteria.

'Copy As New' - displays a screen with pre-filled criteria information. Criteria Name and description must be unique.

'Create New' - displays a new criteria screen without any of the criteria data filled in.

Click 'Save'.

This button will not appear in ‘view’ mode.

‘Send to Manual Review’: if checked, the system will send work order to the MM for final approval. EX: System process has determined a winner (SP) for the work order. The work order is sent to “manual review” where a MM can accept or alter the system determined winner.

Click 'Close'.
Note: It is required that the current ‘criteria’ screen be closed BEFORE another ‘criteria’ can be opened.
